When conducting an evaluation, a feasibility study, a short-term expertise or another assignment, I use my knowledge and experience derived from working as a project manager in
the Occupied Palestinian Territories, as a researcher at the Centre for Civil Society Developments, as an employed consultant at Rambøll Management Consulting and as a freelance consultant.
Within the past ten years, I have come to know numerous donor and implementing organisations and I conducted field trips to countries of the Global South such as Egypt,
Algeria, Ethiopia, Marocco, Tunisia, Serbia, Rwanda, Burundi, Jordan and South Africa. I have conducted interviews, workshops and debriefings with target groups as diverse
as former child soldiers from Rwanda, traumatised women in rural Burundi, Tunisian welders, Serbian university professors, Maroccan solar-thermal engineers and German embassy employees.
Formal work frame in most of my assignments were the BMZ reporting guidelines and OECD DAC criteria for monitoring & evaluation.
So far I have worked for these organisations.
